If you’re a big fan of classic peppermint patties but don’t want all the sugar, you’re gonna LOVE this recipe! Easy to make and so minty delicious, you’ll want to double the batch!



2 chopped bananas
Chocolate Sauce for Dipping
1/2 cup of PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds in a Bowl

Chocolate Sauce for Dipping:
In a double boiler, melt:
1 1/2 cups raw cacao powder
1 1/2 cups cacao butter
Add 6 – 9 drops of peppermint oil.
Once melted, stir in 1/2 cup (or less) maple syrup.
Take off of heat.


Take your banana pieces and two forks and dip the banana into the chocolate covering both sides, then roll in a bowl of hemp seeds.
Place on a baking sheet that’s lined with parchment paper and freeze at least an hour!
