These beautiful gems are sauteed to perfection with garlic and fried onions.

Ingredients

½ an onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
2 tbsp coconut oil
Brussels sprouts
salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp rosemary

Directions

Sauté the onion in the coconut oil on medium heat until nicely browned. Add the garlic and cook for another couple minutes until brown. Add in the Brussels sprouts and sauté covered for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper and other spices and arrange in a serving dish. Sprinkle with slightly warmed PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds, drizzle on Hemp Oil and serve.
