Ingredients

1 cup Cooked (or sprouted) Quinoa
1/2 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 an Avocado
1 handful of lettuce
1/2 cup meat or eggs if desired
2 cut strawberries

Directions
