Ingredients

2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 cup PlanetHemp Hemp Oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup organic tofu

Directions

Combine tofu, lemon juice and mustard in a blender, magic bullet or with a wand blender for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth. While blending, slowly add in the oil until emulsified and the mixture thickens. Add the salt and blend. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Keeps fresh in the fridge for about a week. Enjoy!
