HEMP GRANOLA

Simple and healthy, Hemp Granola is great for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Delicious as is or add dried fruit, chocolate pieces or any favorite topping.

SHOPPING LIST:

1 cups whole raw gluten free oats
1 cup sprouted buckwheat
½ cup raw nuts-chopped if desired
¼ cup Planet Hemp Superfood Hemp Hearts
½ cup unsweetened dried fruit of choice
2-4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract

HOW TO MAKE:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl with your hands, until there is a light coating of oil and maple syrup on the mix. Spread out evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Cool on the counter before storing in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
