These healthy high protein granola bars are perfect as a snack any time of day. Enjoy pre/post workout or as an energy boost while hiking.
1 1/4 cup quick oats blended into a flour (gluten free)
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp Planet Hemp Superfood Original Protein Smoothie Mix
1/2 cup rice cereal
1/2 cup Hemp Seed Butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
HOW TO MAKE:
Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir well to combine. Add 1 tbsp of Homemade Hemp Milk if it’s too dry. Press into a pan and pop into the freezer for 10 minutes. Slice into bars.
